About the Author
I have worked as a reporter, writer, researcher, communications consultant, health promoter, teacher, and artist. My most recent day jobs were with an Aboriginal health centre and NS Public Health. Currently I am a doctoral candidate in Cultural Studies at Queen’s University in Kingston; my work is in food studies. I live in rural Nova Scotia in a farmhouse built in 1860… so you know what I do in my spare time.
I’ve been writing fiction and poetry all of my life. I’m currently working on my third novel, Tintamarre.
